I don’t know why I thought this was going to be more like a topper. It’s PACKED with flakies on ONE coat. Not sure if the base shade is as forward since I swatched it on an opaque periwinkle I already had on. But the finish? WOW. I’m really impressed. And it’s exactly the sweet fairly tale-like shifty-iridescence I wanted. Now I want to get divine too because I assume it’s going to do the same thing but in a light pink base. I was really impressed with the other 3 polishes I ordered from cupcake too. Such smooth application despite the tricky finishes. I’m ordering more for sure. FOR SURE. My photo is one quick coat over an opaque periwinkle on an overcast day.

Very shiny and glittery, I have used it as a top coat over a solid color. This goes on a bit clear.
