All Cupcake Polishes are 5-Free.  5-Free means that our nail polishes do not contain Toluene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor.

Cupcake Polishes are cruelty free.  We purchase ingredients from reliable companies who do not test on animals.  We do not use any animal products or byproducts in any of our polishes.   We do not test on animals and we are independently owned and operated so no parent company exists.  We do sell products to China but in a direct to consumer only fashion.

Our ingredients list: Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isobutyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Adipic Acid / Neopentyl Glycol / Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Silica, Styrene / Acrylates Copolymer, N-Butyl Alcohol, Benzophenone-1, D&C Violet #2,  Aluminum Powder,  Propylene Glycol, Magnesium Fluoride, Mica, Glitter

 

 

General Information

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for sanitary reasons.  NO returns will be accepted for any reason.  Forced returns are not acceptable and you will be invoiced for the cost to return the product to you (or we can properly dispose of the product).

We want our customers to be HAPPY!  If you have a problem with any of our products for any reason, please contact us by email at sara@cupcakepolish.com and we will work toward a solution!

All Cupcake Polish products are handmade and the quality is guaranteed for 24 months after the original purchase by the original owner.  Products must be purchased directly from Cupcake Polish or from one of our authorized retailers to qualify for our quality guarantee.  While most of our products will still be usable and beautiful for many years past their stated shelf life, this is a handmade product and the colors may fade or change over time and the product may dry up or thicken after opening.

In the event that you received a broken polish or your order was incorrect - please email us within 48 hours with photo evidence.  Our customer service email is sara@cupcakepolish.com

Cupcake Polish charges sales tax of 8.25% to all orders shipped to Texas.

Cupcake Polish reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.

As with any handmade product, slight variations will occur between batches.

 

 

General Shipping Information

Orders currently ship within 7-10 days of order unless otherwise notified (there will be a banner at the top of our shop and a notice at checkout).  Orders are processed in the order that they are received.  You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.

Cupcake Polish is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Please double check your input for accuracy.

Packaged will not be refunded or reshipped once the tracking information indicates the package was delivered (marked delivered, accepted, received, etc.).

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office IMMEDIATELY!  9/10 times, this is the result of a misdelivery and your local post office can help you track down your package.  Ask your local post office for a GPS coordinate scan.  If it was determined that the package was delivered to your location based on the GPS delivery coordinates, please file a police report online and send a copy to us.

We do NOT refund shipping on multiple orders.  We ship each order separately as combining orders slows down our shipping processes significantly.

Packages will ship via the method and carrier that you choose at checkout.  The default option is USPS Ground Advantage..

 

 

International Shipping Information

Cupcake Polish ships worldwide via USPS.  International customers typically receive their orders within 15 business days (three weeks) but some orders have taken as long as 90 DAYS (approximately three months).  Please wait the full 90 days before contacting us about a missing order as delays are highly likely for international orders and we cannot do anything before the 90 day mark.  Delays are possible due to the receiving country's customs and import processes.  Countries where customers may experience significant delays or even seizure of packages include India, South Africa, Italy, and more.

International packages will not be replaced or refunded if they are lost, stolen, or destroyed after leaving US soil.  Importing nail polish is ILLEGAL in many countries - it is your responsibility to know what you are purchasing and accept the risks associated.  We will not replace packages that are confiscated or destroyed in your country's customs.

Cupcake Polish is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs that may occur with international orders. 

 

 

FREE Shipping

How can I qualify for FREE shipping?

Make sure the totals in your cart (after any discount codes are applied) equal the qualifying amount for your country.  Then, make sure to select the "FREE SHIPPING" option at checkout!  No codes to enter, no hassle!  We use calculated rates for orders up to $60 for USA orders and for any amount for all other countries.  Orders over $60 for USA ship FREE.

Orders that take advantage of free shipping will be shipped via standard, non-expedited shipping. Typically (but not limited to), USPS Ground Advantage.

Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders or group orders.
