About Our Products

All Cupcake Polish shades are 5-Free. This means our polishes contain no Toluene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde Resin, or Camphor.

Our products are regular nail polish, not gel. Each bottle is 15 ml (.5 oz) and comes with a flat paddle brush and a stainless steel mixing ball.

Cupcake Polish is cruelty free. We purchase ingredients only from companies that do not test on animals. Our products contain no animal ingredients or byproducts. We do not test on animals and are independently owned with no parent company. We ship directly to customers in China but do not authorize animal testing.

Ingredients: Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isobutyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Adipic Acid / Neopentyl Glycol / Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Silica, Styrene / Acrylates Copolymer, N-Butyl Alcohol, Benzophenone-1, D&C Violet #2, Aluminum Powder, Propylene Glycol, Magnesium Fluoride, Mica, Glitter.

Please discontinue use if irritation occurs.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for sanitary reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO returns will be accepted for any reason. Forced returns are not acceptable and you will be invoiced for the cost to return the product to you (or we can properly dispose of the product).

All Cupcake Polish products are handmade and include a 24 month quality guarantee from the date of purchase for the original buyer. Products must be purchased directly from Cupcake Polish or an authorized retailer to qualify.

Our polishes can remain usable for many years, but as handmade items, slight changes may naturally occur over time such as fading, drying, or thickening after opening.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

 

General Information

Sales tax of 8.25% is charged on all Texas orders. We also collect sales tax for other states where required by law.

Cupcake Polish reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations may occur between batches.

Color accuracy may vary depending on your screen settings and device.

 

 

Shipping Information

Orders ship within 7 to 10 days unless otherwise stated on our website. Orders are processed in the order received. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

Cupcake Polish is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. Please verify your address at checkout.

Packages will not be refunded or reshipped once tracking shows a final delivery scan such as delivered, accepted, or received.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact your local post office immediately. Many cases are misdeliveries that can be quickly resolved. Ask for a GPS coordinate scan to confirm delivery. If shown delivered to your address, please file a police report and provide a copy to us.

Shipping fees are not refunded on multiple separate orders. Each order ships individually as combining orders delays processing.

Packages ship via the method and carrier you choose at checkout. The default option is USPS Ground Advantage.

 

International Shipping Information

We ship worldwide via USPS. Most orders arrive within 15 business days but delays up to 90 DAYS are possible due to customs processes. Please wait the full 90 days before contacting us regarding missing international orders.

Some countries may experience long delays or seizure of packages including India, South Africa, Italy, Israel, and others.

International packages are not replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, or destroyed after leaving the United States. Importing nail polish is prohibited in many countries. It is your responsibility to understand your country’s regulations and accept any associated risks. Packages confiscated or destroyed by customs will not be replaced.

Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

FREE Shipping

How can I qualify for FREE shipping?

To qualify for free shipping, your cart total must meet the minimum amount for your country after discounts. Select the free shipping option at checkout. No code required.

We use calculated shipping rates for orders under $100 in the USA and for all international orders. USA orders over $100 ship free.

Free shipping applies to standard, non-expedited shipping, typically USPS Ground Advantage.

Free shipping is not available for wholesale or group orders.
