The only reason I’m taking off a star is because my batch didn’t look like the photos which seems to be a common issue I have with this brand. However, what I did get is still so pretty. I see now why some people called it “periwinkle.” The pink shimmer is so dispersed in the blue that they kind of combine to create a blurple in most lighting. But in some extreme angles the shift is really cool. Pictured is 3 coats (a little rough because I touched it before it was dry) on my thumb. I was testing some other brands in a skittle today too. 2 coats probably would have been fine.
