I am a pastel girlie, so when I use any polish, I almost always wish it were just a little bit brighter. I looked a long time before I chose the Cupcake brightener and I am so glad I did. It goes on like a jelly, but self levels enough that I didn’t fuss much with it. (No one but me will ever see it, lol.). And it did exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with this product.

I know it’s not a jelly formula, but adding a glossy plumping top coat makes it look like one. I’ve been looking for a translucent white for awhile, and this definitely fits the bill. Cupcake polishes have such a smooth formula, and this vase is no exception.
