Ooh La La is a neutralizing base coat that will help conceal your visible nail line and improves the appearance of the natural nail.  It is intended to be used as a French Manicure base coat.

 You only need 1 coat and this base coat is self-leveling. Because our new VNL Blur and Ooh La La formula is a true base coat formula, colorants may separate over time – if this happens give it a good shake!
